What Does #PleaseTakeMyChildrenToWorkDay Mean?

Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day happens on the fourth Thursday of April. It started in 1993 as Take Our Daughters to Work Day and expanded in 2003 to include sons. The day gives kids a firsthand look at what their parents do all day and exposes them to career possibilities they might not have considered. Workplaces often set up special activities and tours for the young visitors.

How to Use #PleaseTakeMyChildrenToWorkDay

Post a photo of your kid at your workplace or share a throwback to when you visited a parent at work. Companies can showcase their kid-friendly activities and use it as employer branding content. Authentic moments of kids trying adult tasks always get great reactions.
